A young, Belgian consultancy agency

Trevalco is a consultancy agency founded by Tim Vertongen and Joachim Nuyttens in 2017. They are both senior consultants and have been active in the pharmaceutical industry for many years.

Our first employee started in 2018. Since then, we have grown to a team of 35 colleagues, both permanent and freelance.

Trevalco is active in consultancy, training, auditing, and recruitment for the Life Sciences.

Joachim Nuyttens, COO and recruiter

Joachim is our Chief Operating Officer. He is responsible for our internal business processes. He takes care of HR, the training programme, and the recruitment of talented employees.

Tim Vertongen, CCO

Tim is the Chief Client Officer and seeks out engaging projects for our consultants. He monitors activities with our clients and regularly provides coaching or training for our consultants in both technical and people skills.

Tim heads one of our two consultancy teams.

Ellen De Bot, Management Assistant

Ellen is our administrative all-rounder. She manages everything smoothly: from our accounting to the organisation of team events. Additionally, she is also helping with the onboarding and welcoming of new colleagues.

Stijn Smets, Business Manager

Stijn is the Business Manager and, together with Tim, is responsible for the commercial aspect. In addition to securing great projects, Stijn ensures that all our consultants feel well-supported and receive the necessary guidance.
