Our approach
When you apply, our recruiter Joachim will review your CV, and it will be discussed internally with the managers of our consultancy teams.
If there is a place for you in one of our teams, our recruitment process will begin. This consists of three interviews:
- An initial interview via MS Teams, simply to get to know each other and to assess mutual expectations.
- A job interview at the Trevalco office. We will delve deeper into your experience and skills, assessing both your technical abilities and soft skills.
- An interview with one of our managers, focused on understanding your job expectations and evaluating your commercial and communication skills.
The entire process takes 2 to 4 weeks. Depending on the number of open vacancies and your availability, it may take longer.
