Een job in automatisatie validatie omvat technische analyse, het schrijven van documentatie, uitvoeren van testen op geautomatiseerde systemen (bv. PLC / SCADA, EMS, DCS, MES), en natuurlijk veel interactie met multidisciplinaire teams.
We kijken hiervoor naar kandidaten met minstens 5 jaar ervaring in computer validatie en automatisatie in de farmaceutische (productie) industrie.
Samenwerking is mogelijk zowel in vast dienstverband als freelance. Startdatum begin 2026.
Gewenste vaardigheden:
- Uitwerken van validatiestrategie voor geautomatiseerde GMP productielijnen / equipment
- Opstellen van validatiedocumenten zoals URS, IQ/OQ/PQ, validatieplan en rapport
- Uitvoeren van validatie protocollen
- Uitvoeren van risico analyses, bv. FMEA
- Evalueren van de impact van wijzigingen en deviaties
- Grondige kennis van QA processen zoals change management, CAPA, deviation management
- Projectcoördinatie
- Kennis van de GAMP5 methodiek
- Kennis van data integrity, 21CFR Part 11 en andere relevante wetgeving
Must have
- Vloeiend in het Engels en het Nederlands.
- Ervaring met automatisatie in een farma GMP context.
- Validatie ervaring, kennis van GAMP5 methodiek
- Strong analytical skills, well organized, studious and precise.
- You enjoy managing documentation: creating documents, reviewing and updating, getting approval on documents.
- Commercial, able to convince clients by communicating in a clear, enthusiastic way.
Nice to have
- Technische bagage in automatisatie, bv. werkervaring als PE in PLC/SCADA
